2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
To provide the best support to our customers during the extended international transportation process, please record a video of the unpacking and inspection of the goods. The video will be used for reference by insurance companies and transportation providers in case of any issues with the package and products.
Return and Exchange Policy for Full-priced Items:
Within 7 days from the date of receipt, LIDER supports customers in exchanging sizes, colors, or products, provided that the products are still in new condition, unused, and unwashed. LIDER reserves the right to refuse support if the products do not meet the stated conditions.
Accessories and lingerie items will only be accepted for exchange if they are in their original packaging and have not been tampered with.
Returned products must have their tags intact and be accompanied by the original receipt.
For cases of exchanging for a different product, customers are requested to choose a product of equal or higher value. If customers wish to exchange for a lower-priced product, LIDER kindly requests that no refund for the price difference be provided.
All purchased products cannot be returned for cash.
Each product is eligible for exchange support only once.
Return and Exchange Policy for Discounted Items:
Discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances, except in cases where there is a manufacturing defect in online orders.
Shipping Fee Policy for Returns and Exchanges:
In the case of a product defect from the manufacturer, LIDER will cover the round-trip shipping fees.
In the case of a product exchange due to customer preference, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fees.
In the case of an issue caused by the transportation provider, flexible support will be provided based on the specific circumstances of the incident.
